A Year of Fun and Busy Times

Many of my friends know that this past year has been a year of change for me. I've had a tremendous amount of fun, some tough times and definitely some busy times. This weekend, May 2 - 4, 2008, I had the honor of spending time at Kathy Patrick's Beauty Salon & Bookstore in Jefferson, TX. (www.beautyandthebook.com). The place is truly amazing! Check out the photos in this Ning! Kathy is such an advocate for Literacy and I truly admire her for that! I just got back from a wonderful trip to California with my sweetie. Among our adventures was a trip to Palm Springs so that I could introduce him to my Mom & Stepdad. He was charming as usual and got their approval!
