I had the opportunity to teach library 2.0 skills to a group of WONDERFUL Region XI librarians, and boy did we have fun! Not only did we get to look at websites, but count em....over EIGHT accounts for everyone was created!! There are all library 2.0, and I'm sure that these tools will become part of their bag of tricks for the library.
I asked a question....about 15 years ago, how did libraries publicize who or what they are or did? Did you put out cardboard signs? Word of Mouth? Thin

Going to put up about 6 podcasts tomorrow, and I'm set! Now all I have to do is a digital booktalk...next technology hurdle. Haven't added anything in awhile, but have a few books to talk about
Society of S by Susan Hubbard. Not your standard vampire novel, although it is one. Written for adults, it has the prose worthy of capturing the aesthetic pleasure of adult reading. When you are the daughter of a vampire and a human, where do you belong? What happens when you fi

I thought after moving closer by 100 miles I'd be more perky in the evening, but jeesh! I get home and start cooking, reading, trying to do homework, blah blah blah, and all I want to do for fun is sudoku instead. I guess I use up my perky quotient at school, but can't help it....

Waves by Sharon Dogar
Right Behind You by Gail Giles
The Alchemyst by Michael Scott
I'll start I Love You Beth Cooper by Larry Doyle tomorrow,

Hope you are doing great! I'll have to look for your presentation at Region XI-I'd love to attend-my students always benefit from all of your presentations and I love to come to them!
You sound as busy as ever. I'm still working on getting rid of white walls. Had to semi justify ttyl somewhat after Mr. C forwarded us all the negative press the title received in South Texas. Didn't realize he paid that much attention but I guess I'm glad he is focused in on us. Was he like that in your district?
Love to hear from you!
Take care.
